Empowered Staffing is partnered with a rapidly growing revenue cycle company focused on providing services to nationally known clients in the skilled nursing industry. As they continue to expand, they are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join their team.

The AR Supervisor will oversee and mentor a team of billers, manage the billing process for clients, and ensure maximum collection rates for skilled nursing clients. You will also be responsible for conducting regular reviews of accounts receivable aging reports and implementing creative strategies to reduce outstanding balances.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of billers to ensure maximum collection rates and adherence to billing policies and procedures.
• Oversee the monthly billing process, including the generation and submission of claims, invoice processing, and reconciliation of accounts.
• Cultivate a positive work environment by providing support, guidance, and feedback to team members.
• Train, guide, and coach employees to develop their skills and reach their full potential.
• Interface with clients to ensure successful client relationships, including regular check-in calls, reporting, and collaboration to resolve revenue cycle management (RCM) related issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in SNF billing for Texas facilities, with a strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payer billing regulations.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coach and develop others.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
