A growing hearing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced provider to lead patient care and help establish a strong reputation within the local community. This role offers a unique blend of clinical autonomy, entrepreneurial spirit, and long-term growth potential.
As the organization grows and expands into additional locations, there may be opportunities to step into leadership responsibilities involving training, staff development, and provider mentorship.
Position Highlights: - Monday–Friday schedule, professional daytime hours
- Brand-new office

Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostics
- Educate and counsel patients regarding hearing loss and treatment options
- Recommend and fit hearing technology when appropriate
- Provide follow-up care and ongoing patient support
Compensation and Benefits: - Competitive base salary plus commission structure
