Venture Smarter is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Customer Service Admin** to support our customer service operations. This role involves handling administrative tasks, assisting customers through email or chat, organizing records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day support processes.
* Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or support tickets
* Assist with documentation, data entry, and administrative support
* Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems
* Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues
* Prepare reports and summaries as needed
* Support the customer service team in delivering excellent service
* Strong written communication and organizational skills
* Experience in admin, customer service, or support roles (preferred)
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
* Proficient with basic computer tools (Google Workspace, Excel, CRM systems)
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
**$550 – $900 USD per month**, depending on experience and performance
