As a Guest Service Associate at European Wax Center in Coeur d'Alene/Hayden you’ll use your expertise to ensure every moment is an opportunity for confidence!

In addition to other duties, you will be expected to educate guests and assertively promote sales (of products, add-on services, and our bundle deal of “Wax Passes”). You must be willing to learn and grow. We will equip you with the tools you need to work effectively and be a champion for people.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• A self-motivated hard worker who LOVES to talk with people
• Ability to work 1 opening morning shift (7:45am-2pm), 1 closing evening shift (1:45pm-8:30pm), and at least 1 weekend day (Saturday 8:15am-4:30pm and/or Sunday 8:45am-4:30pm).
• Both part time (4 days: 24+ hrs/week) and full time positions (5 days: 32+ hrs/week) are available.
• Ability to manage productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved.
• Prioritizes guest service and satisfaction.

*The “refer a friend” bonus requires all parties to be in good standing with the company and remain employed for a specific length of time for each bonus payout.
