Job Description

Our client, a growing consumer brand, is seeking an Email Marketing Coordinator to join their team on a hybrid schedule out of their Phoenix, Arizona office. You will plan, build, and optimize email campaigns that engage subscribers and drive results, owning everything from copy and segmentation to scheduling and performance reporting.

This role suits a creative, organized marketer who loves both words and data, and who enjoys the balance of in-office collaboration and remote focus time. You'll work with design and marketing colleagues, test and refine campaigns, and help grow an engaged audience. Prior hands-on email marketing experience will help you hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and schedule email marketing campaigns
  • Write and edit compelling email copy and subject lines
  • Segment audiences and manage subscriber lists
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics
  • A/B test content to improve engagement
  • Maintain email calendars and coordinate with stakeholders
  • Ensure emails follow brand and compliance guidelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • One or more years of email or digital marketing experience
  • Familiarity with email platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills
  • Basic understanding of marketing analytics
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • Able to work on a hybrid schedule from the Phoenix office
