Position Overview
We are hiring an Entry-Level Advertising Assistant to support advertising projects, promotional planning, and campaign coordination. This position offers excellent training and is ideal for candidates looking to begin a career in advertising and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with coordinating advertising and promotional initiatives
* Help prepare campaign materials and business presentations
* Maintain organized project files and campaign documentation
* Support outreach activities and event preparation
* Coordinate schedules and project timelines with internal teams
* Monitor campaign progress and prepare basic reports
* Provide administrative support for advertising projects
Requisitos mínimos:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
* No prior experience required; paid training provided
Compensation & Benefits
* $19–$25/hour based on experience
* Full-time schedule (Monday–Friday)
