We are an event marketing and fundraising firm that partners with nonprofit organizations and community-focused brands to create engaging live events, outreach campaigns, and fundraising initiatives. We are seeking an Entry-Level Event Assistant who is energetic, personable, and eager to start a career in events, marketing, or community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, setup, and execution of live events and promotional campaigns
• Support event teams in delivering a positive guest experience
• Engage with attendees and provide information about client campaigns and nonprofit initiatives
• Help with event logistics including materials, displays, and booth setup/breakdown
• Represent clients in a professional and enthusiastic manner
• Collect feedback and track event participation as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth event operations
• Maintain a positive brand image while interacting with the public

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable speaking with the public
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• No prior experience required (training provided)
