What You'll Do

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, organizing, and executing promotional events and marketing campaigns.
• Support event managers with venue coordination, logistics, scheduling, and vendor communication.
• Prepare event materials, presentations, timelines, and operational documents.

• Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and event partners while providing exceptional customer service.

• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to ensure successful event execution.
• Provide administrative support and maintain accurate event records and databases.
• Represent client brands professionally while creating engaging experiences for customers and event attendees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, Hospitality, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in event planning, customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, promotions, or public relations is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
