Job Description

We are working with a dynamic company that is growing and looking to find their new Maintenance Technician. To be the "ideal candidate" for this role, you will be a person who pays attention to the little details, enjoys repairing industrial machinery and being hands-on.
salary: $56,000 - $66,560 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Minimum of 6 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, food production, or industrial environment. Associate degree in Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Systems Technology, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of technical certifications, vocational training, and hands-on industrial maintenance experience. strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial control systems. Experience with industrial automation systems, PLCs, or controls is preferred (not required). Experience working with three-phase electrical systems is preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams. Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams. Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus. Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all safety, health, and environmental regulations. Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, or shift coverage as needed.
