4 8 years of total IT experience, with at least 5+ years in Salesforce. Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud. Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, Triggers, LWC, and Flows. Strong functional understanding of CRM processes (sales, service, case management). Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Familiarity with deployment tools (Change Sets, Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins). Strong communication and client-facing skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification. Platform Developer I certification. Experience with middleware tools (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica Cloud, etc.). Experience with SQL, relational databases, or data modeling. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Experience in industries like BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Retail is a plus .
