Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project activities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications across multiple workstreams
  • Develop, write, and maintain procedures, SOPs, and internal guidance materials
  • Facilitate project meetings, track risks and issues, and ensure transparent reporting
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to capture process requirements and translate them into documentation
  • Assist with change management activities related to new or updated procedures
  • Ensure documentation aligns with organizational standards, compliance expectations, and audit readiness
  • Monitor project progress and recommend adjustments to keep initiatives on track
  • Maintain detailed project plans, status updates, and documentation repositories
  • Coordinate projects by making detailed plans and directing the integration of technical activities
  • Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings
  • Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility

  • Proficiency with PM tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Planner, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and business management principles

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience in a professional or corporate environment
  • Experience creating procedures, SOPs, work instructions, or operational guidance documents
  • Experience in regulated environments (pharma, biotech, healthcare, manufacturing) preferred but not required
  • PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification preferred
  • Familiarity with document management systems such as SharePoint or Teams
