Reach Truck Operator – Immediate Hiring

Location: Saint Louis, Missouri, 63140

Position Type: Contract (Onsite)

Compensation: $19.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $4.00 per hour in performance-based incentives

Position Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Reach Truck Operators for an immediate opportunity in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating reach trucks and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Work Schedule

• Start Time: 3:00 AM
• End Time: 11:30 AM (dependent on production, work till production ends)
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or extended hours as required

Key Responsibilities

Put-Away Operations:

• Unload incoming freight utilizing Crown reach trucks
• Transport and place palletized materials in designated storage areas
• Use an RF scanner to ensure accurate inventory tracking and placement

Replenishment:

• Transfer inventory from upper-level racking to lower-level pick locations
• Support order fulfillment operations by ensuring consistent product availability

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience operating reach trucks or deep reach forklifts (required)
• Strong adherence to warehouse safety standards and procedures
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with team members and respond constructively to feedback

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
