Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person, Randlett, UT 84063

Job Overview

As a Roustabout, you will play a key role in supporting construction and maintenance operations within the oil and gas industry. Your duties will include assisting with various manual labor tasks, ensuring proper handling of equipment and materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with manual labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials, digging trenches, and assembling equipment.
• Support the construction and maintenance teams in executing projects according to specifications and safety standards.
• Safely handle tools and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and storage.
• Operate construction machinery, including but not limited to backhoes, vac trucks, and forklifts.
• Install and dismantle equipment as required for project needs.
• Safely and efficiently load and unload equipment.
• Monitor the condition of operating equipment, promptly reporting any issues or concerns.
• Measure, cut, thread, assemble, and install basic pipelines per project requirements.
• Operate pipe cutters, threaders, torches, and other necessary equipment to complete tasks.
• Follow directions to ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Assist operations and rig teams with routine tasks as needed.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role or industry is a plus but not required.
• A valid Driver’s License may be required depending on the job specifics.
• Ability to obtain necessary certifications or training as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in outdoor environments.
• Basic knowledge of construction and maintenance practices preferred.
• Experience with construction machinery operation is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures and regulations.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Flexibility to work in varying weather conditions and hours.
