Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline
• 5 to 7 years of experience in business analysis, process transformation, or digital operations, preferably in large-scale AI-enabled settings
• Knowledge or experience in legal, content, or operational sectors, applying analytical skills within regulated or process-oriented industries
• Proven track record in redesigning processes to facilitate agentic and AI-driven automation
• Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end process mapping and workflow enhancement initiatives
• Ability to rethink workflows, challenge conventional methods, and apply AI literacy to align business requirements with intelligent solutions
• Experience utilizing AI or automation tools such as low-code platforms, RPA, process mining, or similar technologies
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with a knack for measuring and communicating performance enhancements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fostering strong relationships
• Proven capability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable insights
• Experience in supporting AI integration and change management in diverse, cross-functional organizations
• Understanding of ethical and responsible AI application, focusing on fairness, transparency, and human oversight
• Proven ability to utilize AI tools in daily tasks, effectively craft prompts, and engage AI as a collaborative partner in problem-solving and workflow design

• Enhance operational effectiveness and performance through AI-enabled and low-code solutions that boost automation, analytics, and human judgement
• Assess and redesign workflows
• Work alongside technology and data teams to structure workflows that empower data-driven decision-making and facilitate effective automation
• Aid in the introduction and adoption of autonomous agents and AI tools within specified operational bounds
• Define and monitor success metrics to showcase measurable advancements in speed, quality, and scalability across operations
• Contribute to fostering an AI-ready culture, supporting stakeholder involvement, communication, and training as part of change management efforts
