We’re seeking a conceptually sharp, hands-on Social Content Creator to join the team developing conceptual video and static content for a series of global, community-driven game and toy brands. This role is built for a mid-level creative who thrives in internet culture and experiments with new storytelling techniques and technologies.
We’re looking for someone with strong executional skills, impressive content creation and editing experience, a deep understanding of social platform trends, and—most importantly—knows what it takes to make social content that truly explodes on the algorithm. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and strategists to bring bold ideas to life, from high-performing social campaign content to one-off reactive content to episodic visual storytelling. This is a role for someone who’s part creative ideator, part maker, part trendwatcher, part culture sponge—able to both ideate and create in a fast-paced, content-native environment.
This position is open to both Los Angeles and Minneapolis candidates. Local candidates only, no relocation provided.
This is a full time temporary position with the possibility of transitioning into a full time role in the future.

Social Content Creation: Create scroll-stopping social-first content that’s on-brand and platform-native using the latest generative tools across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, Discord, and more.
AI Proficiency: Demonstrate skillsets in AI creative tools for video, image, and audio generation. While this role is not AI-exclusive, you will need to tap into these tools from time to time and we will need to see AI skills demonstrated in your portfolio.
Execution: Translate creative strategy into breakthrough visuals and assets—video, static, animation, memes, design, illustration, carousels, remix formats, and more—leveraging innovative workflows to achieve results that were previously impossible.
Editorial Instinct: Ability to edit short-form content with story, vibe, rhythm, and comedic timing, blending AI-generated assets with traditional footage.
Platform Fluency: Understand platform algorithms, communities, and formats. Know what makes great hooks.
Trend Adaptation: Stay current on social platform evolutions, creator content, and digital visual styles to ensure everything feels relevant and cutting edge.
Collaboration: Work with the creative team to concept and execute content ideas that are bold, original, and tuned to clients’ culture and voice.
Reactive Ideation: Contribute to the ideation and development of real-time/reactive content that taps into current trends, creator moments, and internet conversations.
Post-Production: Develop content templates, toolkits, and repeatable frameworks (including AI prompts and workflows) to help scale output efficiently.
Accountability: Take ownership of assigned projects from kickoff through execution, while collaborating across departments and teams.
Brand-Driven Social Content Portfolio REQUIRED : A strong portfolio, reel and/or social feed featuring brand content inclusive of AI content creation for social media. Submissions without examples of brand-focused social content will not be considered.
Tool Proficiency : Strong experience with top-of-the-line and emerging AI software such as:
Well versed in post-production tools like Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects, and CapCut.
Experience shooting video on mirrorless cameras (e.g. Sony FX3) in both studio and event settings.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in professional content creation/editorial, digital/social video, or creative production roles with a heavy emphasis on recent AI adoption.
Culture: Demonstrate understanding of meme culture, visual humor, reactive content, creator trends, and the broader streaming/gaming ecosystem.
Social Native: Experience producing for social channels and tailoring work to various formats and audience expectations.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with creatives, strategists, and producers.
Detail & Speed: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to iterate quickly on feedback.
Experimentation: A passion for experimenting with AI content styles, formats, and storytelling approaches native to the internet.
At space150, we are committed to pay transparency and equity in accordance with applicable laws. The full time salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually. The salary range for this role is based on numerous factors including location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
