Job Description: Virtual Operations Assistant at Compass Realty Inc

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Operations team remotely
• Manage and organize documents, files, and data efficiently
• Coordinate virtual meetings, conference calls, and appointments
• Respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries promptly and professionally
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and workflow

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Desired Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in a virtual operations assistant role
• Experience working in a real estate or property management company is a plus
• Experience with project management and coordination

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $27-35 per hour
• Currency: USD
