Job Description

: TITLE: RECEPTIONIST DEPARTMENT: ADMISSIONS EMPLOYMENT: PARTTIME SCHEDULE: SATURDAY/SUNDAY, 8:00AM to 4:00PM PAY RATE: $18.24 EDUCATION: High School Diploma Preferred EXPEIERENCE: At least six months to one year in related experience. LANGUAGE: Bilingual Preferred, English and Spanish REQUIRED SKILLS: Customer Service, Microsoft Office, Computer Literacy POSITION SUMMARY: The receptionist is responsible for receiving phone/email communication, determining the nature of business and directing callers to their destination. They provide information to callers, performing clerical work and minor administrative functions. They must be able to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, while proving customer service to guests, visitors, volunteers, and clients. COMPLIANCE:
  • Respects confidentiality always; follows HIPAA and CFR 42 guidelines for disclosing information.
  • Must be knowledgeable about computer systems. Must be proficient with different software applications including Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Understands and adheres to the agency's compliance plan and code of conduct.
  • Adhere to the agency's standard policies and procedures.
  • Treats all clients, visitors, and co-workers with dignity and respect.
