You start from your service truck, route set across the Greater Tri-Cities, TN area. First stop: a customer’s warehouse where a lift truck is throwing an electrical fault. You diagnose, repair, document, and move on to the next call—sometimes a hydraulic leak, other times a routine preventive maintenance visit. Throughout the day you communicate status updates to customers and keep service leadership informed so everyone stays on schedule.
