• Prepare nigiri, sashimi, maki, hand rolls, and specialty sushi offerings with precision and consistency
• Assist in the execution of seasonal tasting menus and chef-curated selections
• Maintain the highest standards of fish fabrication, storage, handling, and food safety
• Ensure every dish is presented with exceptional attention to detail
• Collaborate with culinary leadership on menu development and daily features
• Monitor product quality and assist with ordering and inventory management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
• Support a positive, professional kitchen culture built on teamwork and respect
• Help train and mentor junior culinary team members when needed

• Previous experience as a Sushi Chef, Sushi Cook, or Omakase Chef
• Strong knife skills and understanding of traditional sushi techniques
• Experience working with high-quality seafood and premium ingredients
• Knowledge of fish fabrication and proper product handling procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Passion for Japanese cuisine and continuous learning

• Experience in upscale Japanese, omakase, or chef-driven restaurant environments
• Familiarity with seasonal seafood sourcing and premium fish varieties
