Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Technology Director to lead our technology vision, infrastructure, and innovation initiatives. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of IT strategies that align with business objectives, while ensuring scalability, security, and operational excellence. This is a fully remote leadership position requiring a balance of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong people management skills.

What You'll Do

1. Define and execute the company's technology strategy in alignment with organizational goals
2. Oversee IT infrastructure, systems architecture, and software development initiatives
3. Lead and mentor cross-functional technical teams, including engineering, IT, and data professionals
4. Drive digital transformation, automation, and process optimization across the organization
5. Ensure the security, compliance, and integrity of all technology systems and data
6. Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and competitive advantage
7. Collaborate with executive leadership to support business growth and innovation
8. Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation
9. Establish and monitor KPIs to measure system performance and operational effectiveness

What We're Looking For

1. 8–12+ years of experience in IT leadership, technology management, or a related field
2. Proven track record of leading and scaling technical teams and infrastructure
3. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and enterprise systems
4. Experience in cybersecurity best practices, compliance, and risk management
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
6. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
7. Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment

Nice to Have

1. Background in software engineering, data science, or systems architecture
2. Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools
3. Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
4. Prior experience in a high-growth or startup environment
